Bill Heye – President, CEO and Board Member
Bill Heye was previously CEO of BackWeb Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: BWEB), a developer of communications software used by Fortune 1000 customers for enterprise and business-to-consumer applications. As CEO, Bill helped the company achieve profitability through software and IP licensing. Prior to his role as CEO, Bill served in other roles at BackWeb, including product management, business development, and sales. Before BackWeb, Bill worked as Director of Sales and Marketing at the pioneering multi-media publisher The Voyager Company / Criterion Collection in New York, and as a Systems Engineer and Marketing Representative at IBM. Bill holds bachelor degrees in Mechanical Engineering and English from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Girish N. Basidoni – Co-Founder, President India and Board Member
Girish is CEO of our APAC operations, with responsibility for the business operations, finances and personnel in India. He oversees the services business and leads sales and business development in India and the rest of the Asia-Pacific region. Girish has more than 20 years of testing & software engineering experience. Prior to co-founding TestingCzars, he was Head of the Testree business of Nous Infosystems and General Manager of Technology at RelQ Software Pvt. Ltd. where he was responsible for key customer relationships, building the services team and service delivery. Girish has a Masters Degree in Reliability Engineering from IIT Mumbai, India.
Ramana Reddy – Co-Founder and VP of Services and Operations
Ramana is our technical director for all services delivered out of our India operation. He manages our talented group of project managers and technical specialists to ensure each project gets the right kind of attention. Prior to co-founding TestingCzars, he built a 150+ offshore QA team for various groups of Thomson Financials, in Bangalore India, and he was a Test Manager at RelQ Software where he successfully executed projects for Citibank, Franklin Templeton and other multinational organisations. Ramana has extensive experience in web application development, ERP (SAP and Peoplesoft) implementations and project management of turnkey infrastructure projects. All of this adds up to more than 20 years of experience delivering practical and successful QA programs and software solutions. Ramana has a Postgraduate degree from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India and is certified PMP.
Madhuchandan Chikkadevaiah – Co-Founder and VP of Products
Madhu has twelve years of product and testing experience and is a recognized expert specializing in test automation, test development, and testing technology management. He was the creator of AutoCzar™ (now called Verifaya), TestingCzar’s test automation & management product, and today oversees all product management and development activities. Prior to TestingCzars, Madhu worked in various capacities for companies like RelQ Software, City & Guilds, HP, Wipro, Fidelity National Finance, Upromise, Indus, LowerMyBills and others. He has an Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from University of Mysore.
Uday Bellary – Board Member
Uday is a member of our board of directors and brings to the company more than 30 years of finance, accounting, investor relations, legal, human resources, and operations experience. His long list of accomplishments include two successful Initial Public Offerings, negotiations for a number of domestic and international acquisitions and divestitures, as well as the execution of significant debt and equity financing. Most recently, Uday served as Chief Financial Officer of telecommunications company Atrica, Inc., where he completed a $34 million equity and debt financing and helped manage its acquisition by Nokia Siemens Network.
